圧縮ばね
一般的にイメージのしやすい最も単純な形状のばねです。
単純な形状ですが、弊社には次の点を強みに製作しております。
①コイルの傾き公差をJIS1級以上のレベルで量産製作ができます。
②極小ばねや、JIS規格外のD/d(ばね指数)のばねを、安定した品質で量産できます。
③ロット1個から100万個/月以上の量産が可能です。
④その他、端面研削や、メッキ等の各種表面処理品も対応可能です。
This is the simplest shape of spring, and is generally easy to imagine.
Although it has a simple shape, our company's strengths lie in the following points.
①We can mass-produce coil tilt tolerances at a level equal or above JIS Class 1.
②We can mass-produce micro springs and springs with non-JIS-compliant D/d (spring index) values while maintaining stable quality.

実際に目視すると、小さすぎて見えません！このばねは、圧縮ばね専用機で加工しています。段取りをするときは、顕微鏡で物を見ながらになるので、集中力と繊細さが必要です。
残念ながら、加工シーンを撮影することは、カメラの性能の問題で出来ませんでした。
